Where did the time go and how is she still able to rock jean shorts when as pure mortals will be rocking the slacks with a waist trainer lol.
After 10 years she returned to WWE to fend of the man becky lynch going after her man CM Punk.True couple goals lol.
And she unleashed her inner AJ. Watching the segment proves she hasn’t missed a step since she left WWE.I salute WWE for keeping her return so low key we the fans were always calculating will she return or has she really retired her high top sneakers.
I’m glad she’s back Ive always been a AJ Lee fan and loved the way she beat to the sound of her own drum ,stuck to her inner tomboy roots and refuse to sexify herself to fit in.
That to me is sexy.
And when she recounts her struggle of growing up in poverty and wrestling was almost her saving grace that to me most people who are facing hardship could identify with her and i thinks thats why most fans truly had soft spot for her.
And also she proved despite her stature she was a beast in the ring who contributed to women wrestling being taken more seriously.
I always felt a bit uncomfortable people calling her the crazy chick as if it was stigmatizing mental health.But Aj Lee somehow made it a gimmick that worked and when it transpired she was battling bipolar disorder most of her life and wrote a book crazy is my superpower.
I salute her and realise its okay to find joy in the sorrow and to let people know no-one is perfect we are all dealing with something.
She proved its ok not be ok but you should know when it time to seek help and work on yourself as no-one is the finished article.
I truly hope her return is permanent and she has a title reign again and i would love to see her wrestle rhea riley that would be my dream match or nikki bella for full blown nostalgia
WWE keep up the good work if you can bring back Sasha Banks or Pres Donald Trump that would make my year.How did Pres Trump not be a active wrestler but had one of the most epic entrance music in WWE history.Total Legend
