Were all Behind You

One of my fave youtube channels is raising autumn.
I love the mum with the doll eyes who lets us into the life of being a carer to a special needs daughter while balancing family life.
To me she  was a supermom and showed fellow carers your are not alone if you have a support network it can be a lifeline as being a carer is double hard when your on your own.
To me her husband doesn’t get enough kudos he goes to work and provides for the family and is the calming effect for his daughter when she has appointments.
I was totally broken to learn the mum has cancer to me life can be cruel to some more than most.
A woman who  totally devotes herself to her daughter now will have the biggest battle of her life battling breast cancer.
But if there is anyone who can do it she can.
What gives me relief she hasn’t lost her humour and is not gonna let cancer defeat her.
But if you see her fitness regime cancer doesn’t stand a chance against her.
She’s a born survives she overcame alcohol, having a disabled child she proves she has the mental fortitude to overcome life hurdles and I’m rooting for her to victorious in her race against cancer.
What i find interesting being a carer your used to supporting people but when its your turn you don’t know how to receive it and feel almost guilty.
In life there has to be a balance you have to take care of yourself because too much stress does kill and then the person your caring for will still be there.
I hope the mum takes the time to truly take care of herself so she will truly be in the best condition to continue being a care provider for her beautiful daughter and sons, I wish you all the best.

Spread the love
