I truly feel blessed reading the life of Aileen Wuornos it really gives a expression some where cursed from the start and simply never stood a chance.
Her dad was a convicted child molester who killed himself in prison and her mum abandoned her and her brother and she was raised by her allegedly abusive grandparents and there were questions raised about the nature of her relationship with brother and grandad.
Receiving no love and believing only way to get affection she prostituted her body to classmates in the outside for menial products, then got pregnant in her teens and knowing she was not able to raise her child she put her child up for adoption.
Some will say that was right in the scheme of thing as a baby would never have fit in her lifestyle and her mental health and self-worth was in sever decline
Then she decided to up sticks and the rest is history she hooked for survival and it just became a way of life when there was a glimmer of hope for chance of happiness when she met a millionaire elder gent in a cruel twist of fate her temper played a part in the end of that relationship again leading her back to her transient lifestyle.
What people don’t know you can self sabotage yourself from happiness when you deem your not good enough and your use to false hope so I believe she adopted the attitude hurt them before they hurt you.
She met the woman Tyria Moore who would play a part in her eventual capture.
Whether Aileen was gay it has been heavily debated but to me it was as if she was desperate for love and some sense of stability but the relationship wasn’t stable it was as if she was pressured to hook to keep the her girlfriend in love with her and when she did the murders soon happened you will never know the whole truth but I believe the first one could have been self defence as the first victim was a registered sexual predator.
But the rest is a guessing game but I believe Aileen had flashbacks to her past abuse by men and killing ended up making her feel finally she was in control.
I just find it incredibly sad and feel personally she should never have been executed as she clearly was vulnerable.
Monsters are born or does society play a part in forming them maybe if Aileen had a decent shot in life which she and we all deserve she would not have finished up as the worst female serial killer in history.
All I readers say be grateful for small mercies if you were raised in a house with love appreciate that, as not everyone is the apple of their parents eyes.
