I don’t get the heat.
To me it feels scorching and that when I’m in bed I’m roasting like a baked potato, and what gets me more scared due to the global warming and rising pollen levels its going to get worse before it gets good.
I remember this Thursday neighbours were virtually naked in the street and glamourous women’s foundation was virtually melting on their cheeks in the royal ascots it was excruciating.
I had to be in my garden listening to dua lipa and some old 80s music on repeat and cool down with a ton of frozen yogurts but still didn’t do the trick.
I encourage people especially over the age of 65 and with compromised heath conditions to find ways to cool down and seek shelter from the heat and invest in sunscreen .Because due to shocking stats its stated there is expected to be 600 deaths especially when temperatures rise to over 30-C,
Personally I hate hot weather don’t blame me I’m British cold weather is just what our body is use to.
The only people that like hot weather are burglars as most people unfortunately forget to close windows so makes for easy entry for criminally minded people and also the cream men as they make a tidy profit during this period.
So people you have another excuse to add a vanilla flake to your diet guilt-free.
