I Now Have Hope For Humanity

So happy he won his case.

I always prayed it would have a happy outcome.

A Ghanaian man Nelson Shardey who came to study accountancy in England 1977 then stayed and never left he  built a life with family bought a house and has been a resident since 50 years.

Then in sad turn of events he found out later that he has no right to stay in the UK and was threatened with deportation.

His family took up the case and even set up a go fund me which raised a  considerable amount  of money for Mr Nelson Shardey in a short space of time.

But finally he’s  been granted an  indefinite  leave to remain as his circumstances are exceptional.

Thank God the review  team showed this man mercy especially when they review his contributions to British society e.g working in bakeries, opening a  newsagents and even winning a prestigious award.

His ‘This Morning’ interview truly  was well done and  highlighted  his plight ,and make me reach for  the tissues.
I realise we at times take for granted the importance of being a British citizen.

I know there’s rules ,but Nelson deserves to be the one exception.
