What a man I again stress what you read doesn’t mean it will play out like that in real life.
Take this productive man who decided after formative education to start a akara business down the street in Nigeria, and he gave valuable employment to young men like himself.
I broke out in sweat just watching his daily work routine.
And I then got hungry as I love Akara it’s the equivalent toa vege burger and he had the business sense to add agege bread to his stocklist.
Which is perfect compliment, but definitely not good to hips if you over indulge.
I respect young men who want to create their own brand and are willing to suffer through the pain and heat and provide for their fellow Nigerians.
It would be so easy to be tempted to a life of crime and make quick money, but they know through God’s grace their efforts will be rewarded in due time.
Their parents should be proud of them and these young men are slowly erasing the narrative of ”lazy youth”.
What impressed me the man has a relaxed approach with his staff and lets them eat free food and dance to music.
What people should know treat your employees like family as when their happy their more productive.
My mum is famous for that she use to wat dinner with her staff and shop with them she never was snooty and hates snooty people.
Which so do I as money means nothing when you don’t have respect.
But what got to me the man says he gets ridicule for doing this job.
Nobody should laugh at hard work and the same people laughing will one day have their smiles wiped of their faces when they hear he’s a CEO one day.
I definitely when I’m in Nigeria will buy some of your Akara.
Nigerian government and business owners please invest in hard-working individuals like this man and his team, that’s how we will inspire the next generation and provide much needed hope.
