Shouldn’t Be Lost In Time

I think by now you know I’m a country music fan and I was a fan of the late Mindy Mccready.
Mindy Mccready as I wrote before had one of the best voices out that time.
But she couldn’t get her demons in check and her career suffered.
But the thing  I  can’t get my head around her album I’m not so tough was a commercial flop.
I went through it with a fine-tooth comb, and i came up with the same conclusion it was one of her best works and would have  dominated the charts  now.
As I feel the song-writing is on point  just like Taylor Swift’s ,and is a person crying out for help and pouring it into her music and yet again is ignored.
That time mental health controversy overshadowed her genuine talent, and she essentially was blacklisted even when her songs were good.
My favourite songs from that album is over and over and  I’m not so tough it truly reflects how most people could feel  about keeping outward appearances which are so far from the true picture at the end of the day were  all human and battling something of some kind.
Its just sad a person has to turn her music as a personal  diary and for comfort ,but at the same time  that was one  Mindy’s   sources of therapy and we the listeners definitely appreciate it.
I truly hope Mindy Mccready found the peace she never found on this earth, and I know her songs will live on forever as substance never dies.
